Worst customer service ever, I am never going to visit this place again. First they don’t even have cover for the rain when you order. He ask the cashier if we can order in the window as we did not have any other cars behind us. My husband explain to Cachet the employee name that it was raining a lot and she abruptly respond “is only water” that is not the way to treat your customer even worst coming from a Manager I can’t imagine how the regular employees treat customers. No one even smile at us. They should get trained on how treat people. CACHET ASSISTANT MANAGER! FUC/< YOU AND YOUR ATTITUDE!

We are Hispanics.My apple pie was not ready so I had to pick up inside (was on the drive-thru). I was welcomed twice! And I was offered a drink while I waited. Five stars!
